Church Meeting in the Pub

Another day mainly at home.  No appointments today.  I dealt with another lot of paperwork including writing up the minutes of the last meeting of Sarum Lodge and preparing the agendas for the next meeting. Sara and Sophie went into Salisbury for coffee with a former FP colleague and to collect calendar money from the shops selling the calendars in the city centre.  This evening I attended a Team Council meeting as an observer where, amongst other things, the proposed new worship rota was discussed.  Richard took the rump House Group at his house and he and Sophie joined James and I for a drink in the Lion's Head after our respective meetings.  A bit of pub theology I guess! We stayed in the pub until nearly midnight chatting about all sundry things.  Richard is off to Bradford tomorrow to pick up Jonno's car which is costing a huge amount of money in insurance becasue of its location in that Yorkshire city. A late night.
